SimBlaster offers the following Returns Policy:

Interfaces:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase return it along with all Interfaces, cables, CDs etc. within 30 days for a refund.
If you are having trouble with setup though, please email us as most problems are easily handled via email. support@simblaster.com

Software:
Defective software disks will be exchanged for the same product only. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on software downloaded or shipped.
